Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of VeyroHost hosting, domains, email, website builders, and all related services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing an order.
1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", "your") and VeyroHost LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as VeyroHost ("VeyroHost", "we", "us", "our"), with registered offices at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
By accessing our website at veyrohost.com, creating an account, placing an order, or using any VeyroHost service—including shared hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud hosting, VPS, agency hosting, domain registration, business email, website builders, SSL certificates, or related add-ons—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (incorporated herein), and any service-specific terms disclosed at checkout.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
- "Services" means all products, platforms, infrastructure, software, and support offered by VeyroHost, whether provided directly or through authorized partners.
- "Account" means the customer profile and credentials used to access the VeyroHost control panel, billing portal, and associated services.
- "Customer Content" means any data, files, websites, emails, databases, media, code, or other materials stored, transmitted, or processed through your use of the Services.
- "Order" means a purchase, subscription, renewal, or registration initiated through VeyroHost's website, dashboard, or authorized sales channel.
- "Billing Cycle" means the recurring period (monthly, annual, or other term) for which fees are charged.
- "Introductory Pricing" means promotional or first-term pricing offered at a rate lower than the standard renewal rate, as disclosed at checkout.
- "Standard Rate" means the non-promotional price applicable upon renewal, as published on our pricing pages or disclosed during checkout.
- "Registry" means the authoritative domain name registry operator for a given top-level domain (TLD).
- "SLA" means any service level agreement or uptime commitment expressly published by VeyroHost for a specific plan.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase Services. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@veyrohost.com if you suspect unauthorized access. VeyroHost is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials where you failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend registration, or terminate accounts at our discretion where we reasonably believe information is false, misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
One person or legal entity may maintain multiple accounts only where permitted by VeyroHost. Creating accounts to circumvent suspensions, abuse promotional offers, or evade billing obligations is prohibited.
4. Description of Services
VeyroHost provides web hosting, cloud infrastructure, domain name registration and management, professional email, website building tools, security products, and related technical services. Specific features, resource allocations, storage limits, bandwidth allowances, and supported software are described on our product pages and in your order confirmation.
Services are provided on a shared, virtualized, or dedicated basis depending on your plan. We continuously improve our platform and may update software versions, control panel interfaces, data center locations, or underlying infrastructure. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption when making material changes.
Certain features may require additional configuration, third-party integrations, or compliance with external provider terms (e.g., payment processors, registry policies, CDN providers). VeyroHost is not responsible for third-party service failures outside our reasonable control.
Beta, preview, or experimental features may be offered from time to time. Such features are provided "as is" without warranty and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
5. Service Levels and Uptime
VeyroHost targets 99.9% uptime for production hosting infrastructure, measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where practicable via our status page or email.
Uptime commitments do not apply to: (a) planned maintenance; (b) emergency maintenance required for security or stability; (c) failures caused by Customer Content, misconfiguration, or third-party software; (d) domain registry or DNS propagation delays; (e) DDoS attacks or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure); or (f) free, trial, or suspended services.
If a published SLA applies to your plan and we fail to meet the stated commitment, your sole remedy is a service credit as described in that SLA, if any. Service credits must be requested within thirty (30) days of the incident and do not entitle you to a cash refund unless required by law.
6. Fees, Billing, and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your Orders at the prices displayed at checkout or in your dashboard, plus applicable taxes, registry fees, ICANN fees, and payment processing charges where applicable.
Payment is due at the time of Order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By providing a payment method, you authorize VeyroHost and our payment processors to charge that method for initial and recurring fees.
If payment fails, we may retry billing, suspend Services, restrict access to the control panel, or terminate your account after reasonable notice. Outstanding balances accrue until paid in full. You remain responsible for fees incurred during any suspension period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion and foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank are your responsibility.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failure to update expired or invalid payment methods may result in service interruption.
Taxes
Fees are exclusive of applicable sales, use, value-added, goods and services, or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. Where required by law, VeyroHost will collect and remit taxes. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by us based on your jurisdiction.
7. Renewals, Introductory Pricing, and Price Changes
Introductory Pricing applies only to the initial term stated at checkout. Upon renewal, Services convert to the Standard Rate in effect at the time of renewal. VeyroHost displays both introductory and renewal pricing on order pages and checkout summaries so you can make an informed decision before purchase.
Domain names, SSL certificates, email mailboxes, and add-on products renew according to their respective terms. Domain renewals are subject to registry pricing, which may change without notice from the registry.
We may change Standard Rates upon at least thirty (30) days' notice before your renewal date. Continued use of Services after a price change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before renewal as described in Section 21.
Promotional codes, affiliate credits, and bundled offers are subject to their specific terms and may not be combined unless explicitly permitted.
8. Domain Name Services
Domain registration, transfer, and renewal services are subject to ICANN policies, registry agreements, and the terms of the applicable registry. By registering a domain through VeyroHost, you enter into a registration agreement with VeyroHost as registrar or reseller, and you agree to comply with all registry requirements.
You represent that: (a) the domain registration does not infringe third-party rights; (b) you are not registering the domain for unlawful purposes; (c) all WHOIS/RDAP information you provide is accurate and will be kept current; and (d) you will respond to verification requests within required timeframes.
Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry. Transfer locks, EPP codes, and redemption fees may apply. VeyroHost is not responsible for domain loss due to expired registration, failed verification, or registry policy enforcement.
For domain disputes, including UDRP proceedings, see our UDRP Policy. VeyroHost will comply with ICANN-mandated dispute resolution outcomes.
- You may not register domains primarily for the purpose of resale, cybersquatting, or typosquatting in bad faith.
- Bulk registration patterns that suggest warehousing or drop-catching abuse may be restricted.
- Premium, sunrise, landrush, and restricted TLDs may have additional eligibility requirements.
- WHOIS privacy or proxy services, where offered, do not exempt you from legal responsibility for domain use.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use VeyroHost Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for Customer Content and all activity under your account.
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, as permitted by law and our Refund Policy.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar regulations.
- Hosting, distributing, or linking to malware, viruses, ransomware, exploit kits, or unauthorized penetration tools.
- Engaging in denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks.
- Hosting content that is illegal in the United States or your jurisdiction, including child exploitation material, non-consensual imagery, or content promoting violence or terrorism.
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
- Operating cryptocurrency mining, proxy networks, or resource-intensive processes on shared hosting plans without authorization.
- Reselling shared hosting resources in violation of plan terms or creating security risks for other tenants.
- Circumventing technical limits, security controls, or fair-use thresholds.
- Impersonating VeyroHost, our staff, or other customers.
- Using Services to operate high-risk financial schemes, illegal gambling where prohibited, or unlicensed pharmaceutical sales.
10. Resource Usage and Fair Use
Shared and cloud hosting plans are subject to fair use limits designed to protect platform stability for all customers. While we advertise "unlimited" features where applicable, unlimited refers to reasonable use for typical website operation—not bulk storage, file distribution, backup archiving, or compute-intensive workloads inappropriate for the plan tier.
We monitor CPU, memory, I/O, inode usage, email send rates, and concurrent processes. Accounts that consistently exceed plan thresholds or negatively impact other customers may receive optimization recommendations, resource throttling, mandatory upgrades, or suspension.
VPS and dedicated plans include defined resource allocations. Burst usage may be permitted but is not guaranteed. Sustained overutilization may require plan upgrades.
Email sending limits apply to prevent abuse. Bulk marketing email should use reputable ESPs with proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). We may block outbound mail from accounts exhibiting spam-like behavior.
11. Customer Content and Data
You retain ownership of Customer Content. By using our Services, you grant VeyroHost a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, back up, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the Services and comply with law.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and publish Customer Content and that it does not violate these Terms or third-party rights.
VeyroHost does not routinely monitor Customer Content but may do so to enforce these Terms, respond to legal process, or protect our infrastructure and other customers.
Upon termination, you are responsible for exporting Customer Content before the end of any applicable retention period. We may delete data after account closure in accordance with our data retention practices.
12. Backups and Data Loss
VeyroHost may perform automated backups on eligible plans as a courtesy. Backups are not guaranteed and should not be your sole disaster recovery strategy. You are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical data.
We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or failure to restore from backups, whether caused by hardware failure, software bugs, user error, malicious activity, or force majeure events.
Backup retention periods, frequency, and scope vary by plan and are described on our product pages. Restoration requests may be subject to availability and support queue priority.
13. Intellectual Property
VeyroHost and its licensors own all rights in the VeyroHost brand, website, control panel, documentation, APIs, and proprietary software. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in our intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of our platform except where expressly permitted by law.
If you believe content hosted on our Services infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to contact@veyrohost.com with: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature. We will process valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
14. Support Services
VeyroHost provides technical support via ticket, email, and live chat as described for your plan tier. Support covers platform issues, billing inquiries, and reasonable assistance with VeyroHost-managed services.
Support does not include custom software development, third-party application debugging, website design, SEO consulting, or recovery from compromised accounts where negligence contributed to the breach.
Support response times are targets, not guarantees. Critical infrastructure incidents receive priority. Abuse-related tickets may be handled separately from standard support queues.
15. Third-Party Services and Software
Our Services may integrate with or include third-party software (e.g., WordPress, cPanel, LiteSpeed, payment gateways, CDN providers). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and licenses.
VeyroHost does not warrant third-party products and is not responsible for their performance, security vulnerabilities, licensing changes, or discontinuation.
One-click installers and marketplace applications are provided for convenience. You are responsible for keeping installed software updated and secured.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may cancel Services at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support@veyrohost.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as stated in our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate Services immediately, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) payment is overdue; (c) your account poses a security or legal risk; (d) we are required to do so by law or registry policy; or (e) continued provision becomes commercially impracticable.
Upon termination for cause, fees already paid are non-refundable. Upon termination for convenience by VeyroHost, we will provide pro-rata refunds where required by law.
After termination, domain names may enter redemption or be released per registry rules. We recommend transferring domains before cancellation where applicable.
17. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, incorporated by reference. Hosting plans may qualify for a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Domains, setup fees, and certain add-ons are generally non-refundable.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting support@veyrohost.com may result in immediate account suspension and collection of amounts owed plus chargeback fees where permitted.
18. Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN A WRITTEN SLA, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
VeyroHost DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION FROM VeyroHost PERSONNEL CREATES A WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VeyroHost LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO VeyroHost FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeyroHost LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) Customer Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement of third-party rights.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with our defense.
21. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at contact@veyrohost.com and attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or remotely by mutual agreement. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or unauthorized access.
YOU AND VeyroHost WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
22. General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, UDRP Policy, and order-specific disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and VeyroHost regarding the Services.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account. Notices to VeyroHost should be sent to contact@veyrohost.com or by mail to VeyroHost LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
We may modify these Terms by posting updated versions on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
